We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure freshness, so availability may vary. If your favourite blend is out of stock, don't worry! We'll have it back soon. Product Quality
We are committed to providing high-quality coffee products to our customers. However, coffee is a natural product and can vary in taste and quality due to factors beyond our control, such as crop season and weather conditions. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the taste or quality of our coffee products.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in rand and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept payment via Online Payment – Payfast Payment Gateway- clients may go to https://payfast.io/ to view payfast’s security policies.. Please read the payment terms listed when making payments and assume that these terms and conditions are incorporated here. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid for in full.
Shipping
Our coffee is roasted fresh and delivered to your door, so please allow a few days for processing and shipping. We ship our products world-wide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving the order, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We are not responsible for any customs fees or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the BUNBUN COFFEE harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the BUNBUN COFFEE and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the BUNBUN COFFEE under any circumstances.
The BUNBUN COFFEE cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
The BUNBUN COFFEE will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The BUNBUN COFFEE will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.
