Refund policy

Returns Policy for BUN BUN COFFEE:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee related purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange of non-perishable products:

 

Standard Returns Process

To request a return or exchange, please email us at  beans@bunbun.co.za with your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos of the product if applicable. We will respond to your email within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If it is, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. If the product is not in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. We will refund the purchase price of the product minus any shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another product of equal or lesser value, we will process the exchange within [number of business days] business days of receiving the returned product. If the exchange product is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. If it is of greater value, we will send you an invoice for the difference.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

 

Damages in transit

Please be sure to inspect your order upon receipt, and let us know as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 7 days, about the issue.

Please include as much detail as possible about the damage or any other issues.

Where possible, please include photographs of the damage.

 

If a package is visibly damaged when the courier arrives, we would ask you to either decline delivery and let us know, or request that the courier notes it on their waybill or electronic device, and let us know. This will ensure that we can make claims with the couriers where necessary.

 

Wrong order:

If we accidentally deliver the wrong items to you, please let us know as soon as possible, and within a maximum 7 days, by contacting us on any of our electronic channels or simply replying to your order confirmation email.

We will make sure to arrange for incorrect items to be swapped. Please understand that we will need to get the incorrect items back before dispatching the correct items.

 

Coffee Returns policy

Perishable products, including coffee beans, cannot be returned.

We work with the highest quality of coffees we can source and roast, so we rarely see quality issues with our beans.

If you suspect that there is a quality issue with any of the coffee beans you receive from us, please let us know by emailing beans@bunbun.co.za

Beans are at their best when they are fresh so please use them within 6 weeks of purchasing.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that what you order will be to your personal taste and cannot accept returns on the basis that you did not enjoy the coffee.
